All deposits for workshop-based courses are non-returnable and non-transferable.
If a course is paid in full, a full refund will be given for cancellations requested 30 days before registration on the first day of the scheduled training, or earlier, less an administrative charge.
If course is paid in full, a 50% refund will be given for cancellations requested 15 – 29 days before registration on the first day of the scheduled training, less an administrative charge.
No refunds will be given after this date or for no-show on the days of the scheduled training.
Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may send a substitute. However, we need to be notified of this change before the training starts.
An administrative service charge equal to the standard deposit for the course, will be applied to any returned payments. The standard deposit is £50 for a 2-day workshop-based course and £100 for a workshop based course that is longer than 2 days.
The Colour of Sound Institute reserves the right to cancel or postpone the training due to unforeseen circumstances or if a minimum acceptable registration level is not achieved 15 days before the scheduled training.
If such an unlikely event occurs, your registration fee will be refunded in full. However, the Colour of Sound Institute is not responsible for any other program expenses (travel, accommodation etc.) you might have incurred.
If you are not entirely happy with an on-line course that you have purchased, let us know within 30 days of starting it, and we will send you a refund for 100% of the course fee that you have paid.
