Join us for a Journey with Sounds
for Healing and Spiritual Awakening
A Four Day Workshop
22 – 25 October 2015
Taylors Three Rock
Grange Road, Ballinteer, Dublin 16
Led by Tony Nec,
Principal of the Colour of Sound Institute
This unique 4-day sound therapy workshop will give you:
1. A personal experience of the power and effectiveness of healing with sounds
2. An introduction to various sound therapy instruments and healing techniques that you can immediately apply to help yourself, friends and family
3. A solid foundation for the rest of our Diploma in Sound Therapy, if you’re following this course (you can join this workshop without being on the Diploma course)
On each day of the workshop there will be:
A guided exercise, relaxation and meditation, appropriate to the themes of the day
Talks, demonstrations and practice sessions with various instruments, our voices and various hands-on healing techniques
We will draw on modern science and ancient wisdom of healing with sounds
Plus there will be one or two group healings over the 4 days
We will interweave a Presencing Process involving the 10 steps of integral healing with sounds:
Step 1: Relax into present moment awareness
Step 2: Clearly Recognise the pain, illness or issue that you face
Step 3: Accept Responsibility for dealing with this issue for your ultimate highest good
Step 4: Openly Receive what this issue offers you
Step 5: Allow gratitude to enter your heart by returning to a state of unconditional love and Re-Appreciation
Step 6: Fully Resonate with the feelings and sensations in your body without holding onto any resistance to change
Step 7: Release unhealthy patterns of pain, illness and distress
Step 8: Reform, Regenerate, Renew and Restore harmonious patterns of ease, health and wellness
Step 9: Re-acknowledge the source of all healing
Step 10: Rejoice in your wholeness
A variety of sound vibrations, frequencies and musical intervals will facilitate the process.
