Q Stacy Burns -Spring Hill Florida: When using bowls for different chakras do the bowls have to be on key to be effective? Is a C sharp as good as a C flat?
A. The bowls do not need to be on key to be effective.
Q. Liz – Cork, Ireland Why are Mantras and chants so powerful and healing?
A. They have a vibrational formula encoded in them that has been shown over thousands of years to be effective

A. Yes, Grounding pads are great to work with too also grounding sheets that you can place on a therapy couch while you work

A. Yes Jens, I’m over every couple of months – the next workshop are 4 – 7 December and again in February, April etc…
