On this workshop in October you’ll learn:
* how to play a wide range of sacred sound instruments
* a brief history of sound and how vibration works
* the Fundamental Sound and Imagery meditation technique
You’ll experience:
* the transformation effect of sound with crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, drums, gongs and voice
* giving and receiving sacred sound
* a beautiful group sound bath
