The last 4-day workshop we held in Glastonbury from 27 – 30 September was one of the best ever!
It was a gathering of an amazing group of people and some deep healing occurred. …
This is what participants said at the end….
“Do it. Embrace this amazing opportunity to let go and find your true self…..Everyday was an experience of the ‘WOW’ factor of life” Paula
“There could be no finer, safer environment in which to experience sound healing and to learn to practice it, and no more excellent teacher, guide and supporter than Tony” Lizzie
“Come and be part of the group – a nourishing and life changing experience” Liz
“If you are not sure what you are looking for, I highly recommend you try Colour of Sound” Dee
On the first day, we worked with Tibetan singing bowls and our voices to tone and chant.
On Day 2 we worked with crystal singing bowls and had a group sound healing with gongs and drums
We had a calm 3rd day working with a variety of tuning forks
At the end of the third day, Rob Ellam Whitefeather gave a wonderful relaxing sound bath.
You can listen to and download a recording of this 43 minute sound bath from Sound Cloud, please click the link below:
On the last day we worked with grounding and rhythm tools and created a group healing drum circle which was very powerful
The workshop was lead by Tony Nec with assistance from Roise O’Caollaidhe and Rob Ellam, advanced students with the Colour of Sound Institute.
